My boyfriend recently got into yoga but doesn’t have the right clothes for it- mostly loose pants or shorts. Any suggestions of where I could find good men’s yoga clothing. Most of the things I found online were hideous. Thanks!

My friend was in gymnastics when she was little and she said she learned how 2 do a backhandspring with a yoga ball. Her insrtuctor pushed her back on the ball while she was in BHS position. She said she forgot how 2 do a BHS, but can we still learn how 2 do one the same way now that we’re older??? We’re trying out for cheerleading this year, and we’re both 12 years old, so can we still learn how 2 do all the fancy flips and stuff now that we’re older????

there are so many places. what kind of yoga pays the most and is the most popular?

What’s the difference between Pilate’s and Yoga? I practice Pilate’s one in a while when I am stressed or when my body is in pain :/. Yoga seems to be similar but what’s the difference.

Also which one is your favorite and are any good DVDs you would recommend to do at home?
