what is the best type of yoga for fibromyalgia sufferers?
Wednesday, June 17th, 2009i am looking for a good, basic yoga workout or other similar physical activity in which to start off. i suffer from fibromyalgia and want to regain some strength and help alleviate my muscle tension and pain. thanks!
