I often have bank pain - especially when I get up in the morning. I found that practicing these fairly basic and simple postures really helped me to ease away the stress I was carrying in my back. You don’t have to practice yoga to benefit from these moves - like any good stretch, you should find that they help you to relax. Enjoy. Best, Zuzana
1) what does yoga incorporate?
2)How it works the body - (muscular fitness, cardiovascular, ect.)
and those are the only two questions i need help with. if you can find a website that answers my questions then please put up a link so that i can print the page. Thank you!

I know it improves posture and it makes you stand up straighter, but I heard it actually can stretch your spine more to the proper height it could be, up to almost an inch! Is this true? I model and I’m like 5′6 if I could hit 5′7 that would be awesome!
This routine is designed to help you sleep great and all you need is you and your bed! sweet dreams.
I’ve realized that one of the more challenging parts of yoga isn’t so much the stretching… its stopping my mind from wandering… any help?
I realize I kept saying yoga when I meant to say meditation.
