So i want to start doing yoga just at home not in a class or anything and I.m mostly doing it to become more flexible (I’m training for goal in field hockey) so i was wondering some poses etc. thanks

I’m considering taking a beginners Yoga class, and I’m wondering if women are uncomfortable with men in the class. I’m in pretty good shape already (at least i thought), been lifting, cardio for 2 years, but I recently tried one of those 30 minute Yoga workouts on TV, and it’s one hell of a workout. So I figured I’d give it a try.
For my yoga final I’m starting in sunflower pose then moving into butterfly then into superman. But I have to gradually get to each pose. What’s the best way to get from sunflower to a seated position? Should i use mountain to down dog to tabletop? Please help! Thanks!

Basically a routine that does some good things for your body, feels good, or makes you more flexible or is for something else? A complete body routine?
Anything would be good really. I like to learn new methods, and I only know of about 2 routines at current.
